Beanie at the Bay Area Discovery Museum, July 17, 2017, 8:24 a.m.
From Daddy: Three weeks ago (during the week of July 17 – 21, 2017), he was a Junior Counselor at the Bay Area Discover Museum. Essentially he was too old (go figure!) to be a student in their camps, so he became a junior counselor instead!
After much cajoling, he agreed to pose for a photo. Eventually, he agreed to the super-hero pose, July 17, 2017, 8:23 a.m.
He assisted the main counselor Jackson. In fact, a couple of the campers did not really speak English, so he helped with Cantonese while Jackson knew some Mandarin.
Danielle (Program Assistant, Camps and Enrichment Classes) led the meetings. Here he is playing with his laminated name badge, seated beside counselor Jackson, July 21, 2017, 8:33 a.m.
Each morning, he attended a meeting full of adult counselors before the campers arrived.

It sounded like a great experience! When I arrived home at the end of the day, I would ask him how was work!
