From Brian: Did you get a pumpkin this Halloween? Robert did! He went to the pumpkin patch with Mommy, Grandma Carol, and Granddad.
Also, Robert crawled around hay bale tunnels!
Afterward, Granddad carved the jack o’lantern.
Th-th-that’s all folks!
From Brian: Last night, Grandma Carol and Granddad arrived. Today, they read to him and Grandma tried to dance with him!

From Brian: The kitchen is one of Robert’s favorite rooms in the entire house!
Robert likes to play with the kitchen utensils.
Here we are!
From Brian: Robert eats and drinks very well all by himself.
For example, his first breakfast is usually banana which I slice into semicircles and he eats by hand. His second breakfast is often yogurt which he feeds himself by spoon.
Eventually, it gets messy.
Finally, he’ll put the spoon down.
Then, it’s time to use the hands!
If we’re lucky, he eats enough by spoon and hand before he tries to turn the yogurt container upside down.
He drinks very well by himself, too, either by sippy cup:
Or by straw:
However, he will tilt a cup backward despite using a straw (sometimes leading to a spill!).
Still, it is so great for us that he can do much to feed himself.
From Brian: Grandpa Glen and Grandma Pam were here this weekend. They left this morning, but not before we have photographic proof that Grandpa Glen and Robert are related. See these photos!
Isn’t it funny?
Here’s a cute close-up:
From Brian: Robert and I went to Yeah-Yeah and Ngen-Ngen’s to have lunch and celebrate the birthdays of Vickie Goo-Goo and Alexandra Day-Day.
There was birthday cake!
Robert ate cake from whomever would feed him! (Only the cake and frosting, though. None of the strawberry filling.)
Di-Di got into the act too! Here’s a video below:

Robert had a great time, but after three hours, he was tired! Robert and I took Vickie home and then he fell asleep on the way home. I lifted him asleep from his car seat into bed and he had a three-hour nap. Yay!
