Mark and Grandpa Don worked on frying a turkey. (As I explained to my friend Thomas in Sweden, traditionally, turkey is baked for long periods of time in an oven, but Don deep-fried the turkey.) This is the third time that I’ve enjoyed turkey in this manner and I find it delicious!
